We’re committed to minimizing our environmental impact through thoughtful, sustainable practices. We use compostable cups and straws at all events, significantly reducing single-use plastic waste. Our serving equipment, flatware, and glassware are fully reusable, reducing the impact of rental deliveries. Behind the scenes, over 60% of our food waste is composted with Black Earth Compost, and we maintain a robust recycling program that ensures all paper, cardboard, and glass are properly sorted and recycled.
