Willowdale Wedding Package Update

Want to know the differences between full-service planning and wedding coordination at Willowdale Estate? Here is everything you need to know about bringing your wedding Pinterest board to life with the least amount of stress possible. We now have a variety of tiers that will fit every couple's needs!

If you’re getting married at Willowdale Estate in Topsfield, you already picked a spot that does most of the heavy lifting on your wedding day. The grounds are stunning, the historic house has so much character, and the whole estate feels like it was made for weddings all year round. Aside from the property being so special, we also offer in house catering and have a great list of preferred vendors that we love and see here frequently. 

To make planning here easier (and a lot less stressful), we always offer wedding coordination to make sure your wedding day runs smoothly. For couples looking for more support we’re now offering two Full-Service packages for Willowdale couples. Whether you want someone fully in your corner from the start or just need a professional to tighten things up and run the show, there’s an option that fits both types of couples. Willowdale Estate Wedding Coordination

Our traditional Willowdale way, this level of service and support is always included for  Willowdale Estate weddings. Enjoy full access to our events team as soon as your event agreement is signed and received. Look forward to collaborating with us throughout the duration of your planning period and enjoying personalized day-of assistance. Our client coordination services are complimentary to ensure you enjoy each moment of your planning process and wedding day! We believe these essentials should always be covered.

  • A Planning guide & Planning Resources
  • Phone and Email Support
  • A Group Tasting
  • A Details Meeting to finalize your menu, timeline, and layout
  • Day of coordinator to coach your wedding party through the formal events and collaborate with your wedding professionals
  • Décor placement and cleanup

The Elevated Coordination Package 

If you’ve already booked your vendors and have your vision mostly set, this package is a great fit. We step in to help pull everything together and make sure the day runs smoothly. We’ll connect with your vendor team, build your timeline, and talk through décor so it works beautifully in Willowdale’s spaces. You still get to plan your wedding your way, just with a lot more structure and less last-minute chaos.

  • Vendor communication leading up to the wedding
  • Timeline creation for your special day
  • Décor consult to refine your personal look

 

The Signature Experience

Made for couples who want their whole day handled with a clear plan, strong design, and someone guiding them the entire way. We’ll work with you from the early ideas to the final setup and execution. You’ll have support throughout the entire process, and you won’t be managing a million moving pieces alone.

  • Full, hands-on wedding planning
  • Design direction and execution
  • Concierge-level support

 

Not Sure Which One You Need?

Totally normal!  Most couples are usually between “help me with everything” and “we’re good, just don’t let it get too messy towards the end.” We’re happy to talk it through and point you to the right fit!
