Mansion Season at Willowdale Estate

Mansion season at Willowdale Estate runs from November through April, hosting intimate weddings of 80-125 guests with exclusive use of our historic property. Here's why we love this time of year!

Atmosphere

Step back in time with our Craftsman and Tudor Revival Stone Mansion ladened with inspiration from the Medieval Period as well as the Arts and Crafts style, creating an architecturally unique, warm and welcoming home for weddings and events.

Dark wood tones, intricate moldings, original stained glass windows, and grand stone fireplaces all add to the intimate and romantic atmosphere. Keep it simple and timeless or dress up the estate with candles, draping, and florals for added personalization and coziness. 

The Glass Conservatory is a striking backdrop with wooded views for indoor ceremonies and private dinner party vibe receptions.

Value

Mansion season includes the same luxury experience, award-winning catering, and expert event coordination, but at a discounted rate. Additional seasonal savings are offered for January through March bookings. You’ll enjoy all the elegance of the estate, plus the charm of a winter celebration, at our best value!

Seasonal Décor

Festive decor is included throughout the holiday season at Willowdale Estate! Wreaths line our long driveway and adorn our historic windows and doors. White twinkle lights add a warm glow throughout the property. Garland, candles, and neutral decorations fill the banisters, mantles, and shelves. While the estate provides a beautifully curated holiday setting, there is still ample space for personal touches.

 

With nearly 20 years of experience, we specialize in all-inclusive celebrations that feel effortless and elegant from start to finish. Draw inspiration from some of our favorite 2025-2026 mansion season weddings and see the details that make it so special.
