Red Door Supper Club: End of Summer Harvest Inspiration
As summer comes to an end, we look forward to making the switch to the early fall recipes. Willowdale Kitchens upholds the highest quality standards and uses locally sourced produce and meats. This means our menus change seasonally and allows flexibility so that we can offer the freshest ingredients for our weddings and events.
This transition from summer to fall includes some of these delicious items: nectarines, blackberries, melon, raspberries, peaches, apples, figs, grapes, beetroot, aubergines, celery, broad beans, potatoes, peppers, lamb, rabbit, duck, haddock, salmon, scallops, and tuna to name a few.
Our next Red Door Supper Club on September 19th falls right during this transitions period, and you can bet to see some of these flavors as inspiration.
