Recap: Red Door Supper Club
We recently hosted our Red Door Supper Club and first Signature Event of 2019! If you’ve never been to one, we invite to indulge in this one-of-a-kind experience at Willowdale. Enjoy an evening where our elegant setting, refined cuisine, and new friends come together. Our Executive Chef will prepare a 4-course meal that is perfectly paired with unique wines from our dynamic portfolio.
This past Supper Club highlighted dishes from Grove, our sister property’s restaurant at Briar Barn Inn. Our post-and-beam barn restaurant will serve a seasonal menu with inventive cuisine and casual favorites. We also featured Barton & Guestier wines to pair with each course.
Pork belly with chili, nuoc cham, and brussel sprouts
Red wine-marinated steak with rutabaga purée, oxtail ragout, and maitake mushroom
Warm chocolate cake with espresso anglaise
