Real Wedding: Brandyn & Tarae

Brandyn & Tarae got married at Willowdale on a beautiful spring day in April of 2014 right before the start of our tent season.

GETTING READY

Brandyn and her bridesmaids snacked on a fruit platter while preparing for the ceremony in the Wedding Suite. Tarae and his groomsmen got ready for the wedding in the Equestrian Lounge and adorned matching black suspenders & striped blue bowties. Minutes before she walks down the aisle, Brandyn makes her entrance down the North Wing staircase.

THE CEREMONY

The ceremony flowers had a soft palette of pink and ivory flower bouquets and centerpieces were arranged by Stephanie’s Floral Design. Votive candles adorned the windowsills, decorative blue ribbon adorned the ends of the rows down the aisle, and the natural light pouring in from the Conservatory windows creates the perfect ambiance for an indoor spring wedding ceremony.

THE RECEPTION

The Signature Drinks passed during cocktail hour was a classic Mint Mojito and a grapefruit flavored drink called “The Greyhound”. Dinner was served in both the Great Room and Conservatory. Royal blue linens adorned the tables and silver chiavari chair upgrades matched the color theme and gave a nice pop of color to the reception space.
