Have you experienced Willowdale Estate when it is decorated for December? There are lights and wreaths lining our long driveway and adorning our historic windows and doors. Greenery, neutral winter decorations, and candles fill the banisters, mantles, and shelves around the house. There the soft glow of holiday lights hung on the outdoor and courtyard trees.

If you’re planning on hosting a winter wedding or event, this is the perfect time to visit for a private tour! All holiday decorations are included with your package during the month of December.

It’s time to place your order for Willowdale Estate’s Holiday Cookies! As always, we have our Signature Chocolate Chip Cookie and this year we have a new flavor: a Gingerbread Crackle Cookie!

Pick up your box(s) of cookies on Thursday, December 21st, between 10 am- 4 pm and see Willowdale Estate decorated for the holiday season.

Rattan, Wicker, Lampshades, Bistro Lights, and Sheer Fabric Panels illuminated the Sperry Tent for Audrey and Victor’s summer reception at Willowdale Estate in Topsfield, Massachusetts. This dynamic canopy design complimented the ivory linen, Willow Chairs, and cottagecore floral design.

With a beautiful mansion dressed up for the season, you won’t need to spend precious time, energy, and resources on decorations. Our location provides catering, tables, chairs, linens, and an event coordinator to assist with the event so you can relax and enjoy the event.

Dates within our winter season go quickly, so don’t wait to start planning a dazzling cocktail party, appreciation event, winter formal, or annual meeting in our space!

The indoor Mansion Season at Willowdale Estate has just begun! For the next six months, we’ll host weddings and events in the comfort of our private estate.

It's the perfect time to visit and learn more about the final dates in our Late Fall and Winter 2024/2025 season! If you'd like to learn more, fill out the form on our website and request a private tour.

We’ll guide you through the estate, talk about how each space can be set up, and answer your questions about hosting a wedding or event at our venue. If you find a date (or two) you like, our team will create custom proposals and send other helpful resources to complement your tour experience.

Our in-house catering will fit right in with your elevated event. We know how much time and effort goes into planning a reception, so it’s our goal to offer menu items that make your wedding or event memorable for all the right reasons!

Bibeka & Griffin’s summer wedding menu was nut-free! A few of our favorites are pictured here – the Mini Lobster Salad Rolls at Cocktail Hour, the Willowdale Farm Greens Salad and the entrée is our Chicken Paillards with marsala-mushroom sauce and barley risotto. For dessert, guests enjoyed a nut-free version of our signature chocolate chip cookies and an Ice Cream Sunday bar! Just to make sure that guests had something savory to fuel the final hour of dance, the couple also added a late-night snack of French Fried and Mini Cheeseburgers!
