Willowdale Estate has perfected the full-service approach to weddings and events. We include catering, service, equipment, and coordination. We only host one wedding a day, make our food from scratch on-site, and provide event coordinators on-site to help produce the entire event so your guests can enjoy each moment by your side!

Weddings at Willowdale Estate are offered year-round within two wedding seasons. Our outdoor Tent Season from May-October is perfect for parties between 125 - 240 guests. Our Mansion Season from November-April is better suited for smaller parties between 80 - 125 guests inside our Estate. Get in touch to learn more about planning an event at our location; we’d love to meet you! It’s a great time to visit if you are planning a wedding in 2023 or 2024.

Early spring weddings offer a romantic atmosphere for an intimate gathering. Sanda and Sean’s wedding was the very last weekend of March. We love the “Willow” chair, the greenery and candles centerpiece, and the beautiful bouquet! We recently wrote about their experience planning a custom vegan menu – you can check it out on our website!

Willowdale Estate is open year-round, and indoor receptions accommodate up to 125 guests. Our team of wedding coordinators will help connect our client with professionals for an officiant, photographer, entertainment, and florals. Holiday Cookies are back! Now you can order Willowdale Estate's signature cookies for pick them up on Thursday, December 22rd, between 10 am- 4 pm! Choose between our classic ½ dozen box or buy for a crowd with a dozen or more! We’ll have three versions of the favorite Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe- with or without pecans, and a Gluten-Free option too! We'll take orders through Monday, December 19th, but check that item off your holiday to-do list and let us cover one of the sweetest holiday treats!

The leaves in our garden courtyard have started to change- along with many of the trees surrounding us in the 700 acre Bradley Palmer State Park. On the way in to and from our fieldstone mansion you’ll drive on scenic country roads with horse farms, farmland, and foliage.

It’s our final month of outdoor events before we move indoors for more intimate weddings and events. If you’re planning a 2023 or 2024 event, it’s a beautiful time to visit!

April weddings offer a romantic atmosphere for an intimate gathering – especially when guests are welcomed with an elegant harp performance when they arrive! Willowdale Estate is open year-round, and indoor receptions can accommodate up to 125 guests.

At this April reception, a mix of round and farm tables were topped with tapered candles in hurricane glass. The head table was framed by the suspended floral installation that mixed early springtime blooms and flowering vines. Don't miss the dessert - our ice cream station is popular year-round!
