Join for a cooking class led by our Executive Chef Ben Lightbody. Watch, learn and practice some of a chef’s most valued techniques with hands-on personal instruction and the opportunity to take your entirely prepared meal home to impress your family and friends!
Our September cooking class will challenge our attendees to go beyond basic salads and explore a chef’s techniques for crafting the perfect seasonal salad. We’ll go far beyond oil and vinegar an explore alternative emulsifiers for flavorful dressings, learn how to make a quick pickled vegetable, and explore strategies to select interesting ingredients that play with texture, temperature, flavor, and color.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We are located within Bradley Palmer State Park, our driveway is the second left when you enter the park, and there is a parking lot on the right.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No we can view your ticket on your phone, or check you in with your last name.
