Site Package Includes:

Private use of the Estate

5 Hours exclusive use of the mansion and grounds for your reception. We hold only one wedding per day!

Convenient on-site Parking

Convenient on site parking for up to 60 cars. Parking Attendants provided, upgrade to valet service available.

Hospitality Suites

Three spacious suites accessible for you and your wedding party throughout your entire event- great for photos!

Tables & Chairs

All proper dining, cocktail, and cafe tables for your reception. Comfort-series padded white wooden garden chairs.

Decorations *

Seasonally appropriate decorative urns greet visitors on the front walkway. We place unique and fun 'naturescape' decor throughout the nooks and crannies of the Mansion to help highlight the seasons of New England.

Fireplaces

Working wood burning fireplaces contribute to the atmosphere of your Cocktail Hour (weather permitting).

Candles

Votive candles placed on tables and throughout the mansion with additional pillar candles in windowsills.

Dancing

Dance floor provided if dancing is planned for the Great Room - dancing is also allowed in the Dining Room should you choose.

Restrooms

All public restrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor with additional facilities in the Hospitality Suites.

Electricity

Readily available throughout mansion and with conveniently located dedicated circuits for band/DJ.

Heating

Newly installed energy efficient zone heating through the Mansion keeps your guests comfortable.

Handicap Accessibile

Estate, Tent, Courtyard, Patios, and Restrooms are fully handicaped accessible.

Wedding Cake by Konditor Meister

Work directly with New England's finest cake maker to design your custom multi-tier creation. Incorporate ribbon to match your bridesmaids dresses or have custom script drawn to your specifications. With Konditor Meister you have a full selection of flavors and decorating options - we see their cakes every weekend and without exception they are unique, beautiful, and delicious.

China, Flatware & Stemware

Classic white china and traditional, high quality 18/10 flatware for your guest place settings. At the guest tables, a water goblet with lemon wheel and optional wine glass and champagne flute for toasts and tableside wine service.

Waitstaff

Formally attired professional and friendly servers who take pride in giving your guests a thoroughly enjoyable and impressive experience.

Cake Cutting

Cleanly cut and presented on individual plates. We will pack up or dispose of extra cake according to your wishes.

Set-up, Clean-up, & Insurance

Willowdale Estate is fully licensed and insured as a caterer and venue. We do not charge fees for standard set up and clean up of our events.
